Delivery Areas
The Velvet Orchard currently offers delivery within selected areas of Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), South Africa.
If your delivery address falls outside our service area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
Delivery Days & Times
Deliveries are available during our published business hours. Available delivery dates and time slots will be shown during checkout.
While we make every effort to deliver within the selected time frame, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
Receiving Your Order
Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.
If no one is available or we are unable to complete the delivery due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unreachable, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds cannot be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect customer information or the inability to accept delivery.
Product Care
Our desserts are delivered chilled and carefully packaged to preserve their quality.
Please refrigerate your order immediately upon delivery and follow any storage instructions provided.

The Velvet Orchard cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
